A three-hour brand sprint is based on heavily on Google Venture’s Design Sprint. It uses the core principles of a longer Design Sprint to quickly bring a group to consensus on the organization’s brand.

Although it does not cover all the work around a brand strategy for an organization, it does help create a common language for organization leaders by working through the below exercises, making future brand development efforts more cohesive.

Group participants are encouraged to do some homework in advance to maximize the time spent together.
